Cancellation Policy

- 21 days notice - no cancellation fee
- 21-14 days - 30% cancellation fee
- 13 to 7 days - 50% cancellation fee
- 6 - 1 Day - 75% cancellation fee
- In case of failure to accommodation is charged 100% cancellation fee

House Order

Accommodation
Accommodated in the pension can be from 2 pm in the day of arrival, leave the room until 10 am in the day of departure. Please keep quiet from 10 pm until 5 am. We ask residents not to welcome visiters to house and not let strangers into the house building.

Smoking
Smoking is permitted only in designed areas. When smoking, please use the ashtrays.

Barbecue
Use outdoor fireplace for grilling. Please make sure to comply with security policies. After grilling put everything to its original condition and make sure the fire was extinguished. It is prohibited to throw into the fire plastic, rubber and other harmful and dangerous substances.

Buildings and closing the door / entrance to the building
Please lock the main entrance to the building when leaving and coming. For your own safety and lock your doors to the room.

Use of equipment
Use equipment only to the usual pension purposes. Do not move or remove decorative objects (pictures, etc.) from its original location. Do not take out interior furnishings (TV, towels, bed linen) out the rooms.

Cleaning
In the hotel, guests are obliged to respect the principles of hygiene, cleanliness and order during the period of accommodation.

Waste
The accumulated waste from the rooms must be disposed of in appropriate containers at the premises of the boarding house.

Heating
The pension is a central heating system and its use is governed by the principles of the heating season.
